Designation: Team Lead BA Reports to: General Manager

Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, strategic business

growth, and customer engagement. They will work closely with internal teams and external

stakeholders to drive sales, manage pre-sales efforts, and oversee end-to-end business

automation solutions.

S. No. Responsibility / Task(s)

1. Lead the BA business growth strategy and revenue generation across all regions.

Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring yearly target achievement.

2. Engage with principals/vendors to enhance product offerings and manage partnerships.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends in BA solutions.

3. Develop& support sales, pricing, BOQs, and commercial proposals in response to

RFQs. Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring lead conversion and customer acquisition.

4. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all BA business-related customer

engagements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and

partners.

5. Work closely with key customers in education, commercial buildings, healthcare, and

industrial sectors. Lead pre-sales and sales efforts, ensuring seamless solution

delivery.

6. Support pre-sales activities including product presentations, demos, and proof of

concept (PoC).

7. Collaborate with technical teams to bundle software and hardware solutions for higher

deal value. Work with the IT and solutions team to ensure seamless integration of BA

solutions.

8. Collaborate with project team to Oversee project implementation and ensure timely

execution. Align BA business operations with supply chain, finance, and technical

teams for seamless workflow. Develop reports on sales performance, financials, and

market trends.

9. Strong sales and business development acumen in Business Automation (ACS, HRMS,

Visitor Management, etc.). Expertise in RFQ responses, BOQ creation, and proposal

management. Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.

10. Ability to manage sales pipelines and revenue forecasts. Strong negotiation and

contract management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning

business strategies.

11. Any other duty (ies) assigned by the management.

S. No Qualification

1 Academic Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.

Job Description

2 Professional Proven experience in BA Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Selling. Prior

experience in enterprise software, automation solutions, or IT sales is

preferred.

Experience: 5- 7 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
