Key Responsibilities
- Drive residential solar sales to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with growth projections
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through structured follow-ups and customer engagement
- Conduct site assessments and client consultations to accelerate decision making cycles
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of competitive proposals
- Collaborate cross functionally to minimize sales to installation turnaround time
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Develop channel partnerships to expand customer acquisition reach
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing lead volume and brand visibility
- Mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance consistency

Qualifications & Experience
