Key Responsibilities
  • Drive residential solar sales to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with growth projections
  • Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through structured follow-ups and customer engagement
  • Conduct site assessments and client consultations to accelerate decision making cycles
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of competitive proposals
  • Collaborate cross functionally to minimize sales to installation turnaround time
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
  • Develop channel partnerships to expand customer acquisition reach
  • Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing lead volume and brand visibility
  • Mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance consistency
