Lead Cabinet Installer / Finisgh Carpenter

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of cabinets, trim, doors, and related fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining safety standards.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment efficiently for precise work.
  • Perform framing, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and siding as needed for project completion.
  • Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for restoration and remodeling projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cabinet installation along with strong background in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and woodworking.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, metal studs, and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, plumbing basics, electrical experience, and fixture installation.
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, flooring installation, tile laying, and water damage repair.
  • Ability to lead a team on-site while managing multiple projects simultaneously; excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and demanding tasks such as masonry work or roofing for extended periods.
