Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign & Operation Lead to join Bybit’s global marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple regions and channels. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, solid understanding of crypto/fintech products, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Design and launch global marketing campaigns (trading competitions, product launches, Earn/DeFi events, etc.) aligned with Bybit’s growth strategy.
• Develop campaign roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, design, BD, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
• Align global campaigns with local market adaptations (e.g., EU, SEA, Latam).

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track campaign KPIs (registrations, eFTD, trading volume, DAU, ROI).
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement to refine campaign strategies.

User Growth & Engagement

• Create promotional mechanics (bonus, rewards, referral programs) that enhance user acquisition and retention.
• Manage campaign-related communication (push, email, social, in-app).

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory guidelines across different regions.
• Proactively identify risks (fraud, abuse, user complaints) and coordinate mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Operations role experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms or Web3 marketing .
• 3–5+ years of experience in campaign operations / marketing project management (crypto, fintech, or internet industry preferred).
• Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting.
• Excellent project management and communication skills , able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, affiliates, KOLs, email, in-app).
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of user lifecycle operations (onboarding → activation → retention → reactivation).
• Knowledge of gamification mechanics (leaderboards, missions, rewards).
• Previous involvement in global campaign launches with multi-regional coordination.
