In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our organizational values and strategic goals. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
The Lead, Culture & Engagement will work collaboratively with various stakeholders throughout the organization to identify key cultural priorities and implement programs that promote a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for assessing the current culture, recommending changes, and crafting effective communication strategies to ensure alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that elevate employee experience and satisfaction.
- Assess the current organizational culture and identify areas for improvement through employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and stakeholder consultations.
- Create and implement programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and cultivate skills related to company culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align culture and engagement initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and suggest data-driven adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with all employees regarding cultural initiatives and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:Qualifications::- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with a focus on culture and engagement.
- Proven experience in leading cultural change initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset to assess engagement data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using engagement survey tools and HR software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
