What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer- Material Planning who will join our team at Dryer Plant in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up on demand and supply management of inbound materials from domestic and international suppliers. Developing methods and processes for the alleviation of material stock-keeping days.
• Management of stocking, handling, planning, shipment, and replenishment activities of the said direct materials. Taking a role in related investment, outsourcing, making or buying projects, and kaizens.
• Maintaining coordination between suppliers, Purchasing Directorate, Quality Assurance, Production, Production Engineering, and Research & Development Departments.
• Participate actively in supplier selection, evaluation, and quota planning; in addition to material improvement, data automation, and supply chain optimization projects.

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
• Minimum 6 years of experience in material planning,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• SAP ERP and Macro knowledge,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
