ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Lead Estimation Engineer to join our client’s team in Jubail Industrial City. This senior role is critical for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing competitive bids, and supporting strategic project decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical project estimations and will directly influence the success of high-value construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates including labor, materials, and overhead
• Develop tender submissions, bids, and proposals based on project specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze blueprints to determine material requirements
• Conduct budget analysis and recommend cost-saving strategies
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and pricing negotiations
• Track project costs and prepare financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations
• Provide technical support during estimation for missing or unclear project elements

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer in the construction field in KSA
• Recent or current role must be Lead Estimation Engineer

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• High proficiency in construction cost estimation across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to provide technical support during estimation
• Experience in bid and proposal preparation
