Lead Gen - B2B US Sales

Role: Lead Generation Specialist B2B - US Market

Full-Time - On Site - Main Shahrah-e-Faisal

Timings: 05:00pm - 02:00am (Evening Shift)

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and connect with US-based companies in warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment sectors

✅ Generate and qualify leads for Managed Staffing services

✅ Build strong pipelines and schedule meetings for the business team

✅ Use Apolo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and CRM tools to drive results

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 At Least 1 year of B2B lead generation or sales experience (preferably US clients)

🔹 Experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services (a plus)

🔹 Strong communication & relationship-building skills

🔹 Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
