Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about customer support and are eager to build their career in the Customer Service industry. The CSR will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM quickly.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and escalate when necessary.
• Follow communication scripts and company SOPs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication (English/Urdu).
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge & typing speed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate (BA / B.Com / BBA / BS any field).
• No prior experience required — training will be provided.
