Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Agent with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing. You will generate qualified leads in the US healthcare sector, helping build a strong client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate leads for US healthcare providers.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales or project teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach activities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
• Knowledge of US healthcare systems is a plus.
