Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building prospect databases, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets (US & European regions).
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, databases, and other tools).
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
