About the Role

GrowthRise Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (Business Development Executive)to design, implement, and manage a robust lead generation system for a rapidly growing life insurance business. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for consistently sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads, building scalable processes, and collaborating directly with decision-makers to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies specific to the life insurance industry
• Identify, connect with, and qualify prospects through LinkedIn and other online marketing platforms
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely handoff to the client for conversion
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the client to refine outreach strategies and meet revenue goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation (experience in life insurance or related industries is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, particularly LinkedIn lead generation
• Ability to work independently, create systems from scratch, and deliver measurable results
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead tracking software
