Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online databases, social media platforms, and business directories.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their business needs and introduce company offerings.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the sales team.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound inquiries and event-generated leads.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up system to ensure lead nurturing and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Excellent research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing is an added advantage
