Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online databases, social media platforms, and business directories.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their business needs and introduce company offerings.
  • Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound inquiries and event-generated leads.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up system to ensure lead nurturing and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
