Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and supporting the sales team by providing high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Generate and qualify leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer acquisition
