Lead Generation Executive

As a Lead Generation & Data Executive, you will play a key role in creating and expanding our prospect funnel while maintaining and enhancing existing datasets. You take ownership of data that drives meaningful business outcomes, leveraging our software solutions to unlock new opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collect leads from multiple sources using ZoomInfo, Lead411, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Clean and maintain CRM data, correcting errors and removing duplicates.
  • Prepare structured, actionable prospect lists for BD outreach campaigns.
  • Explore new and unique data sources for lead generation.
  • Assist BD team with insights and reporting to improve outreach efficiency.
  • Track lead quality and update dashboards regularly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data management, lead research, or CRM, with a proven ability to manage and maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Hands-on experience with data sourcing tools such as ZoomInfo, Lead411, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
