Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients in the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching leads, generating prospects, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the IT sector (startups, SMEs, and enterprises)
  • Generate leads through online research, social media, and professional networks
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Assist the sales team with outreach campaigns and prospect engagement
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and forward to the sales team
  • Track and report lead generation metrics and progress

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
  • Familiarity with IT industry terminology and products/services
  • Good communication and research skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
