  • MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN GENERATING LEADS WITHIN UAE Region and WORKED in Staffing/ Recruitment / Placement Firm
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services, targeting specific industries or skill sets.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication methods, building rapport and establishing a need for staffing solutions.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, providing valuable insights and information to build trust and establish a relationship.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to understand client needs and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly, maximizing conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and lead generation tools to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the recruitment company.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of recruitment services.
