Lead Generation Expert

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist with (3 -5)years of professional experience building an outbound pipeline in the Technology/services sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GCC and/or South Africa markets, be strong at multi-channel outbound outreach, and consistently deliver qualified meetings for Sales. Regional language capability (Arabic or local SA exposure) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Own top-of-funnel lead generation: research, list building, and outreach to ICP accounts (mid-market & enterprise) across GCC & South Africa.

  • Run disciplined multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp Business, phone) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Launch targeted ABM mini campaigns in collaboration with Sales/Pre-Sales (events, webinars, partner co-marketing).
  • Qualify leads using BANT/GPCT frameworks and smoothly hand over opportunities with complete context.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot) with accurate tracking of KPIs.
  • Report weekly on funnel health metrics such as MQL→SQL, SQL→Opp, Booked-toShow, and cost per SQL.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of messaging, targeting, and outbound playbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation for tech or IT services organizations.
  • Proven success hitting or exceeding SQL and meeting targets monthly.
  • Strong knowledge and usage of tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha, Google Sheets.
  • Excellent outbound copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience with event-led and partner-led pipeline motions.
  • Strong attention to detail, data hygiene, and structured reporting.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and/or South African market familiarity is a strong plus.

Good to Have (Technical Exposure)

  • Experience in ABM strategy and persona-based targeting.
  • Exposure to both inbound + outbound pipeline contribution.
  • Prior success in scaling lead-generation across multiple regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
