Lead Generation Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Intern to support Blusha’s sales
efforts by identifying and qualifying potential salon leads. This is a hybrid role
ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on
experience in SaaS, marketplace, and startup sales.
High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role based on performance
and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
 Research and identify potential salon leads (online and offline)
 Conduct cold calls and outreach to salons to introduce Blusha, build
interest, and schedule product demos
 Build and maintain a structured database of salons and contacts
 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads
 Track outreach and lead status using basic tools
 Assist with market research and competitor insights

Requirements
 Students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms
 Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setup
 Interest in sales, startups, or tech-enabled businesses
 Prior experience in research, sales support, or internships is a plus
