Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Intern to support Blusha’s sales
efforts by identifying and qualifying potential salon leads. This is a hybrid role
ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on
experience in SaaS, marketplace, and startup sales.
High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role based on performance
and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential salon leads (online and offline)
Conduct cold calls and outreach to salons to introduce Blusha, build
interest, and schedule product demos
Build and maintain a structured database of salons and contacts
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads
Track outreach and lead status using basic tools
Assist with market research and competitor insights
Requirements
Students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setup
Interest in sales, startups, or tech-enabled businesses
Prior experience in research, sales support, or internships is a plus
