Lead Generation (Social Media Sales)

Location: On-site — Block # 13D, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US/International Timings)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Target-based with performance-driven incentives
Work Mode: On-Site Only (No Remote Option)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to work on-site and generate high-quality international leads for multiple business units, including:

  • Our Software House (development, IT solutions, SaaS services)
  • Our Online Academy (education and e-learning services)

The candidate must be professional, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Generate and qualify leads through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Discord, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Identify relevant communities and target audiences for each department.
  • Conduct direct outreach through messaging, group activities, posts, and engagement.

Sales Conversion

  • Convert leads into qualified prospects or clients.
  • Conduct basic discovery calls or schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Present services clearly and professionally.

Follow-Up & Engagement

  • Maintain structured follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
  • Build professional and long-term relationships with prospects.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, conversations, and conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead and conversion targets.

Requirements
Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in social media lead generation or international sales.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work on a night shift aligned with US timings.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Fast typing ability and competence in handling multiple chats at once.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience in IT/software sales, SaaS products, or B2B outreach.
  • Experience with e-learning, tutoring, or online service-based sales.
  • Ability to write outreach scripts or short introductory messages.
  • Understanding of international customer behavior (US, UK, Canada, Europe).
