Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on Omni-Channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive targeted lead generation efforts for our IT services offerings. This role is crucial to our sales and marketing alignment, where your goal will be to identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects across multiple channels.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to plan and execute ABM campaigns that deliver qualified leads from enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns across multiple channels – email, LinkedIn, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events – targeting key accounts and personas.
- Use intent data, firmographics, technographics, and behavior analytics to build and prioritize account lists.
- Build and maintain account intelligence through research tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Collaborate with sales and SDRs to ensure alignment on ICP, messaging, and account targeting.
- Segment and personalize outreach based on buying stage, industry, and persona.
- Measure, track, and optimize campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation tools.
- Create reports and dashboards to analyze the effectiveness of ABM programs and suggest improvements.
- Partner with content and design teams to craft value-driven assets for each stage of the buyer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, with at least 2 years in ABM-focused roles.
- Prior/proven experience in IT Services-based lead generation will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel outreach and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Marketo, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Experience running multi-touch campaigns that blend outbound and inbound strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and act on findings.
- Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with APAC, US, or EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or IT consulting companies.
