Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. This role involves research, data management, and strategic outreach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Ability to build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and buyer persona.
  • Skilled in email outreach tools (Mailshake, Lemlist, Reply.io, Instantly, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data enrichment tools to verify and validate lead information.
  • Strong data entry and data management skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lead databases.
  • Competence in market research and identifying potential clients across industries.
  • Familiarity with email automation, sequencing, and personalization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects through email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Knowledge of GDPR/anti-spam compliance in lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve outreach performance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
