Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing leads, running outreach campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and relevant industries

Maintain and update lead databases in CRM and track lead status

Qualify leads through calls, emails, and initial communication

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Work on targeted lead-generation campaigns to meet monthly KPIs

Identify new sourcing channels to improve lead pipeline

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or similar role

Understanding of B2B sales processes

Strong communication and writing skills

Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines

Good analytical and research skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
