Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who is passionate about building connections and driving business growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping us expand our international IT services pipeline through LinkedIn and email outreach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, researching, and starting meaningful conversations with decision-makers in the software development and IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email
  • Engage with prospects through LinkedIn posts, comments, and direct messages
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
  • Background in IT services, software development, or digital agencies preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers

Salary & Benefits

  • PKR 50,000 – 130,000 per month (depending on experience)
