Lead Generation Specialist

Designation: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote/ Onsite(Both options are available)

Salary: Market Competitive

Working Hours: 6 (Slot can be flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify high value leads across both our creative sectors.
  • Run strategic outreach across multiple platforms and channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Develop compelling pitches that communicate company's value and expertise.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first touchpoint to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative team to support and close deals. Maintain and update a database of prospects and client communications.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with creative, design, or digital marketing industries is a plus.
  • A go getter mindset with no limitations on how and where leads are sourced.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
