Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi for a Sales / Lead Generator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospects.
You will play a key role in driving business growth by developing outreach strategies and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, etc.)
Research market trends and analyze potential target audiences
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client database
Execute outreach campaigns (email marketing, social media, etc.)
Communicate with prospects and nurture leads into potential clients
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies
Track, report, and optimize lead generation performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (very important)
Ability to engage clients and build long-term relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and data tracking
Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a digital agency or marketing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
