Lead Generation Specialist

Virtual Heroes is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. We provide outsourced solutions to businesses across Australia and are looking for someone confident, professional, and target-driven.

In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to business customers, generating leads, and helping drive results for an Australian client. You will also use CRM software to access and manage customer data, track interactions, and update records accurately.

Location is 31-C, Ittehad Lane 1, DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

What we are looking for:

• Strong spoken English is essential
• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, telesales, or a similar role
• Comfortable speaking with Australian clients
• Confident communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards

What we offer:

• Base salary: Starting PKR 70,000, depending on experience
• High commission structure
