Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site/Hybrid)
Overview
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and generate qualified leads through online prospecting, email outreach, and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/B2C lead generation, CRM management, and outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and industry databases.
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists and CRM records.
- Execute and optimize cold email outreach campaigns.
- Support lead generation efforts through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track lead generation performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development.
- Experience with cold outreach and lead sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Preferred
- Experience with Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, SaaS, home services, or BPO industries.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
