We are a fast-growing software house providing design and development services for clients in the U.S. market. Our services include web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and other digital solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team & help expand our client base through LinkedIn & other online channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads from LinkedIn and related platforms targeting U.S.-based clients.
  • Identify potential clients in industries that require software design and development services.
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect list and CRM database.
  • Initiate conversations, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B prospecting, or business development (preferably in the IT/software industry).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and outreach automation tools.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. business landscape is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
