Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn) – B2B IT Services

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn) to drive outbound B2B lead generation through LinkedIn outreach and messaging campaigns. This role plays a key part in building a qualified sales pipeline for our IT services and staff augmentation offerings.

The ideal candidate understands LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification in a B2B environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Outreach & Prospecting

  • Identify and research target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Run structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads

Lead Qualification & Handover

  • Engage prospects, understand requirements, and qualify leads
  • Book discovery calls and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups

Campaign Optimization

  • Test and improve messaging, targeting, and response rates
  • Track KPIs such as connection rate, reply rate, and meetings booked
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies for better conversions

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activity and results

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services, software development, or staff augmentation (preferred)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience targeting US, UK, or GCC markets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Basic understanding of cold outreach frameworks
