Lead Generation Specialist (Remote | Night Shift | USA Market)

Job Description
We are a rapidly growing IT services agency providing digital marketing, SEO, web development, and Google Ads solutions to international clients. We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists / Sales Executives with experience in call center, telemarketing, and outbound sales to work remotely in the night shift (USA timings).

Responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound cold calls daily to US-based businesses.
• Generate a minimum of 3–6 qualified leads per day.
• Engage decision makers to introduce IT services and identify potential customers.
• Record all calls and lead details in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team for smooth follow-up and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, call center sales, or telemarketing (USA/UK market preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proven ability to handle objections, stay motivated, and close opportunities.
• Must have reliable internet, backup power, and a professional home office setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
