Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a talent for finding and qualifying high-value prospects? At-Desk, a premier global BPO firm serving UK, US, and Australian markets, is expanding. We are seeking a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive outreach for a leading UK-based pest control service.

Your mission will be to identify key decision-makers, manage the top of the sales funnel, and deliver conversion-ready opportunities to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize industry-standard tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and cold email automation to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
  • Qualification: Vet prospects to ensure they meet specific criteria for high-quality, high-ticket sales opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach metrics (Open rates, CTR, Reply rates) and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.

Candidate Requirements

  • UK Market Expertise: Proven track record of generating B2B leads specifically within the United Kingdom.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator) and email deliverability best practices.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on professional B2B etiquette.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign data and refine messaging to improve conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Previous success in high-ticket lead generation or enterprise-level business development.
  • A background in Marketing or Business Administration.

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 2:00PM to 11:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
