Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to pull high-quality leads from:

• Upwork / Bark / Freelance Platforms
• Facebook & LinkedIn
• Other digital lead sources

This role does not involve cold-calling or appointment setting, it's purely digital lead hunting, nurturing & qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Generating real-time, qualified leads from FB, LinkedIn & Freelance Platforms
✔ Building hyper-targeted lists for US, CA, UK, AUS markets
✔ Running outbound outreach campaigns & engagement flows
✔ Turning cold leads into warm prospects with smart follow-ups
✔ Driving inbound interest for:

• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development
• AI Automation Services

✔ Collaborating with the sales team to boost conversion quality
✔ (Optional but awesome) Bringing in local clients if you’re confident

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years proven experience in Facebook/LinkedIn/Freelance Platform lead gen
Strong grip on outbound strategies & social selling
Ability to create targeted outreach campaigns
Experience with CRM tools (bonus points!)
Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused
Solid English communication
