Lead generator

We are urgently looking for a entry level talented and enthusiastic Lead Generator to join our team. If you are a great communicator and can easily navigate through complex situations with a positive attitude, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and secure new clients in need of transportation and dispatch services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule and coordinate loads efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, dispatch, or transportation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of freight brokerage, dispatching, or transportation services is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dispatching software.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred).

Office based role, with regular communication via phone, email, or logistics platforms.

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME 7PM-3AM PST
