Lead Generator / Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate is skilled in online research, outreach tools, and data management, with a strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, online databases, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry, role, company size, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or CRM tools
  • Update and manage lead data accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
  • Track outreach performance and optimize lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
  • Strong research and data collection skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Understanding of cold outreach best practices
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or sales funnels
  • Experience in B2B lead generation
