What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - HR Business Partner (MEA, Russia, South Asia) who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.


  • Understand the Global and County HR priorities and develop methods to support those priorities,
  • Coordinate and support the deployment, implementation and execution of HR processes in the countries,
  • Support change management initiatives related to HR programs,
  • Manage HR projects within the region, ensuring timely and effective execution,
  • Collaborate closely with global Total Rewards team to Provide input on regional and country-specific C&B needs and challenges,
  • Provide regional insights and data to inform global C&B strategies by Acting as a bridge between regional needs and global C&B policies,
  • Understand the organizational development principles and practices,
  • Track and report on related HR efficiency metrics,
  • Coordinate and execute the regional and global HR reporting initiatives as required, ensuring timely and effective execution.

The position is located in Sütlüce, Istanbul, Turkiye.


How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering ,Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or other related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Total Rewards or Organisational Development,
  • General knowledge of SAP HR,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in excel,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Having desire to excel and deliver outstanding results,
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
