Job Title: SFDC Senior Developer

Experience Range: 6-10 years

Hiring Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum and Chennai.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura Framework and/or Lightning Web Components - LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce coding technologies including JavaScript frameworks relevant to Salesforce.
• Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration (user creation, roles/profiles, security setups).
• Experience in creating and customizing reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience working with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of Force.com platform development including:
• Apex coding best practices and limitations
• Integration with Force.com web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL)
• Working with Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API
• Implementation of Flow, App Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes
• Experience with Apex Data Loader or other ETL tools (Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with database development, SQL/PLSQL, schemas, stored procedures is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to provide multiple solutions.
• Hands-on experience in production deployment using CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, change-sets, Eclipse, ANT migration).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming on J2EE/.Net platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, JQuery, or other JS frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with onsite Salesforce teams and global IT/business stakeholders.

Salesforce Certifications (Must Have / Desirable)

• Must Have:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified App Builder
• Desirable:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (DEV 501)

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning components using Aura and LWC.
• Design and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with onsite teams for knowledge transition and requirement understanding.
• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage as per Salesforce best practices.
• Manage Salesforce deployments and troubleshoot deployment errors using CI/CD tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices during development and deployment.
