Role description
Role Proficiency:
Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage
Outcomes:
- Create Test Estimates and Schedules
- Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage
- Ensure adherence of processes and standards
- Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports for evidence of testing
- Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
- Report progress of testing
- Contribute for Revenue savings for client by suggesting alternate method

Additional Comments:Own the overall testing strategy , following the existing comprehensive test approach and adapting if needed. Lead all testing activity. (integration testing, end-to-end testing, NFRs testing & regression testing etc.). Collaborate with product stakeholders & SMEs to design & document high-level test scenarios & detailed test cases for all test requirements, covering all backing services. Own and execute CC/Kafka test scenarios & test cases. Ensure required setup of test environments, tools and access as needed for Prod Test Sandbox (PTS-SIT/IAT), Prod Test Prod (PTP), Prod Prod Sandbox (PPS-UAT), Prod Prod Prod (PPP). Plan & lead parallel test run of automated vs manual billing. Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes Reporting to SLT on the progress of Testing workstream. Identify any risks/issues/dependencies related to testing & develop mitigation plans. Estimate testing efforts. Log defects, re-test fixes, and verify resolutions. Document test results and provide input for test summary reports. Create regression test scripts, ensuring robust automation coverage.
