Lead Organizational Development

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Talent Development


  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and subsequently process L&D solutions to address the gaps to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the Company’s objectives.
  • Form development plans for HIPOTs and ensure the plans are followed while catering to ad-hoc training needs company-wide.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other training courses while overseeing training budget.


Social Media


  • Collaborate with various organizations/foundations on different projects/events to increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee company’s social media presence and continually work on developing content that highlights Dawlance employer brand story and its culture.
  • Take new initiatives to gauge more audience on the social platform and increase the engagement level.
  • Liase with marketing and communications team to prepare and arrange the creation of all digital and printed materials, including brochures, fliers, backdrops etc.
  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using an assortment of different mediums to attract prospective employees towards the company and establish a strong brand recallability.
  • Design and circulate internal communication across the organization.


Engagement & Recognition


  • To design and deliver engagement strategies and ensure that the effective engagement tools are developed, maintained to ensure effectiveness.
  • Monitor and Improve Employee Satisfaction; Development and analysis of various organizational surveys conducted throughout the year and conducting Exit Interviews.


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion


  • Lead DEI across the organization with strategies, engagement, programs and policies
  • To establish employee recognition plan & strategy and ensure its effectiveness to achieve company’s objective.
  • Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organization’s diversity goals.
  • Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals.


Requirements:

  • MBA
  • 5-7 years of experience
