Product Lead
to drive the launch of our brand-new product development division. This role will focus on
product discovery, vision, and execution
for early-stage prototypes and MVPs, working closely with a Tech Lead. It’s a rare opportunity to build a “startup within a company” and instill product DNA in an organization with 25+ years of client-service experience.
What You’ll Do
Product Vision & Strategy
-
Define the product roadmap and strategy for prototypes and MVPs.
-
Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis.
-
Translate business problems into product hypotheses, testable prototypes, and market-ready MVPs.
Prototyping & Execution
-
Leverage AI-assisted tools (Figma AI, Lovable, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI) to accelerate ideation.
-
Work with the Tech Lead to align product goals with technical feasibility.
-
Prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
Metrics & Growth
-
Establish lightweight success metrics (adoption, usability, time-to-value).
-
Monitor usage data and feedback to iterate rapidly.
Culture & Leadership
-
Advocate for product-first thinking within the company.
-
Coach stakeholders on agile, lean, and experimentation-driven product culture.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and refine early-stage ideas.
-
Embrace ambiguity and drive clarity through structured product development.
-
Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and data-driven decision making.
What You Know
-
8+ years overall, with at least 3–5 years in product development or startup environments.
-
Proven track record in building products in 0→1 environments.
-
Strong expertise in rapid prototyping, lean product development, and agile frameworks.
-
Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted product workflows.
-
Excellent storytelling and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
-
Strong analytical ability with a bias for data-driven decisions.
-
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity settings.
Nice to Have
-
Exposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, or AI-driven solutions.
-
Experience scaling MVPs into production-grade products.
-
Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
