Lead Remodeler

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Remodeler to spearhead renovation projects and oversee remodeling teams on-site. This role is vital in transforming spaces efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Lead Remodeler, you will coordinate all aspects of remodeling activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise will drive project success and elevate the customer experience through meticulous attention to detail and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise remodeling crews, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of renovation projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide project workflows
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication techniques to complete diverse remodeling tasks
• Perform construction inspection to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to building codes
• Conduct masonry, carpentry (including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging), drywall installation, stucco application, concrete finishing, tile laying, plastering, caulking, glass installation, cabinet installation, flooring installation, masonry work, and other specialized tasks as needed
• Oversee construction site safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects
• Extensive hands-on experience with construction site operations including demolition, framing, drywall work, masonry, flooring installation and finishing trades
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for complex projects
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, restoration techniques and hardscape installation is a plus
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality standards in fast-paced environments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
