 We’re Hiring! Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist

(Night Shift | On-Site | International Clients)

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist who goes beyond scraping data, someone who can think strategically, qualify prospects, and most importantly, help secure meetings for our Sales Team with the right decision-makers.

 On-Site | 8 PM – 5 AM | Full-Time

 International Focus

 Role Type: Lead Generation, Outreach & Appointment Setting

 Experience: 1–3 years in B2B lead generation/appointment setting (preferably in tech, digital, or agency services)

We’re Tecnation, a software & digital services company working globally across branding, web development, custom software, e-commerce, and growth marketing.

Now, we want someone who not only finds leads but converts them into conversations.

 What you’ll actually do:

1- Build, manage & operate outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels

2- Research industries, companies, and individuals that align with our services

3- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Sales for discovery calls or demos

4- Work with Sales to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates

5- Keep track of outreach activity, follow-ups, and meetings in our CRM

 You should be:

Skilled at identifying and engaging decision-makers

Comfortable with various tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Contact Out, Instantly, HubSpot, or any equivalent)

Strong in communication (written + verbal), able to draft compelling outreach messages

Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented

Comfortable with the night shift (our clients are international)

Branding, Identity & Visual Design

Web & CMS Dev (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)

Custom Software (Laravel, React, Node, .NET, APIs)

E-Commerce Platforms

SEO, Paid Ads, Marketing Automation
