Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising bungalow construction, managing on-site teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are strictly followed.
• Manage labor, material, and equipment efficiently to avoid delays.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to management.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Lead site staff and foster a professional and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in bungalow construction.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in Karachi.
