Lead Social Media Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Strategist who brings a perfect blend of creativity and strategy to the table. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual design and aesthetics, combined with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

This is a hybrid remote job, requiring part of the week in the office and part of the week remote or hands-on with clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing social media strategies
• Keeping social media content up-to-date
• Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Accounts
• Planning and executing campaigns, including paid advertisements
• Managing content calendars
• Tracking data and campaign performance metrics
• Writing captivating captions
• Building client reports to showcase results
• Coordinating with influencers
• Fostering account growth and organic engagement
• Responding directly to comments and questions on social media posts

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in social media or marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in planning and communication software (Rella or similar, Google Sheets, Monday) preferred
• Multitasking and time-management skills
