Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical domains. This role demands strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing capabilities, and execution excellence in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head – Talent Acquisition, with ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and hiring outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define, plan, and execute hiring strategies aligned to organizational goals.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Drive hiring across technical domains (Aerospace, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Avionics, Software Engineering) and non-technical functions (Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, Stores, Finance, IT, HR).

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche and emerging skill sets.

Leverage multiple sourcing channels — LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and referrals — to attract top talent.

Ensure seamless candidate experience and efficient coordination across stakeholders.

Track and present hiring metrics, dashboards, and progress reports to business and HR leadership.

Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.

Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in hiring for the Aerospace and Defence ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills:

6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defence, Hi-Tech Engineering, or Automotive R&D organizations.

Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level professionals across both technical and non-technical roles.

Strong stakeholder, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to operate independently under pressure and deliver quality outcomes on time.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

A Master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software / Electronics / Mechanical) is an added advantage.
