What's the Role?
We’re hiring a full-time Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment of senior and specialized technical talent for Glow’s global engineering organization. You’ll partner closely with executives and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close top 1% talent — building the technical leadership core that powers Glow’s AI-driven insurance platform.
What You'll Do

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering, data, and product roles across multiple geographies

Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, interview processes, and hiring goals

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow

Manage and mentor recruiters, helping elevate sourcing quality and consistency across technical hiring

Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) and use data to drive continuous improvement

Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process

Build Glow’s tech talent brand by representing the company in technical communities and talent networks
What We're Looking For
-
5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and leadership hiring (Engineering Managers, Senior Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects)

Proven experience hiring for U.S.-based or global engineering teams

Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals — languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and data systems

Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)

Exceptional communication skills — clear, structured, and influential
