Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in technical recruitment and headhunting for the IT industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and conduct induction and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
• Manage and monitor the performance management system and assist in appraisals.
• Design and conduct training programs focusing on soft skills, motivation, and professional development.
• Supervise payroll and attendance systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including indoor/outdoor games, fun events, and team-building programs to enhance productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
• Manage and record day-to-day office expenses effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

• BBA/MBA/MS in HRM or related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR professional in the IT industry.

Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
