Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate young children’s cognitive and social development.
  • Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
  • Provide attentive toddler care by monitoring health, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional well-being throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's unique needs through regular updates and parent meetings.
  • Manage classroom activities efficiently by organizing lesson plans, educational materials, and daily routines aligned with childhood development standards.
  • Support children with special education needs or early intervention programs by adapting teaching strategies to promote inclusive learning experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation related to child welfare, attendance, assessments, and standardized testing where applicable.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques tailored for toddlers.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori approaches.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and support staff.

  • Experience in daycare or preschool settings with a focus on toddler care and childhood development milestones.
