What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Trade Marketing Activations who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and frameworks at a global level, ensuring consistent execution across all regions.
• Align trade marketing plans with overall HQ business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide guidance to regional teams on local adaptation and implementation of HQ trade initiatives.
• Monitor the global trade marketing budget
• Evaluate the ROI of trade marketing initiatives and optimize resource allocation to maximize impact.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure trade activities are aligned with go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the HQ point of contact for regional trade teams, providing support, tools, and strategic direction.
• Monitor and optimize co-op partnerships & deals.
• Conduct post-activity analysis and share learnings with regional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement innovative trade marketing solutions to enhance shopper engagement and in-store execution.
• Lead the development of digital and in-store activation campaigns to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
• Provide strategic insights and best practices to regional teams to elevate trade marketing capabilities.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel management, preferably in a headquarters or global role.
• Preferred: Experience in Home Appliances or retail industries.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing global trade marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
• Understanding of global retail and distribution landscapes.
• Proficiency in digital trade marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
