Leads Generation Executive

LINKITSOFT is looking to hire a competent Sales Leads Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact with prospects using a target-oriented and performance-driven mindset. We are seeking individuals with experience in cold calling and email marketing who are motivated to generate quality leads, enhance sales performance, and consistently achieve and surpass targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calling initiatives and implement focused email outreach campaigns to identify and convert potential clients for the company’s software solutions.
• Apply effective cold calling and strategic email marketing techniques to produce qualified leads and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Assess customer requirements and communicate the features, advantages, and overall business value of the company’s software products in a clear and persuasive manner.

Requirements:

• Reliable team player who performs efficiently within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing and email marketing within the software industry.
• Proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing successful B2B sales initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with lead scraping and executing structured cold outreach campaigns.
• Strong understanding of cold calling methodologies and performance-focused email marketing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills complemented by confident, persuasive, and professional communication abilities.
